40 beautiful acres in Navajo county just north of Heber Az off of
FR504 in
the Chevelon area. If you are familiar with the area you know that a

acre in Heber less than 30 minutes from this property can go for
upwards of
$100k and I am only asking $70,000 OBO for the full 40 acres!! That is
